When purchasing from Shiningo your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. Your information is never stored on the Shiningo website in any way, and are passed on directly to our Payment Gateway for authorization and authentication. DO YOU OFFER PROMOTIONS?

There are various discounts, promotions and special offers on our site. The best way to get some of the codes is to check our banners or announcement bars. You can also sign up to receive our promotional emails. You can find the signup form at the bottom of any page on our site. New customer signups will receive a coupon code for 15% off your order just for signing up along with exclusive offers.

HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

Discount codes may be applied during checkout. Add items to your cart and select the checkout option. On the same page that you enter your address information you'll notice a field to enter your gift card or discount code. Enter your code here and click the Apply button. Your total should adjust to reflect your discount. Some discounts and promos do not require a code and will be applied automatically.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES AT ONE TIME?

No. Only one discount offer or promotion may be used per order.

3. ORDER STATUS:

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Once you've completed your order, you'll receive a "Thank You" email confirming it. It confirms that your order was successfully submitted.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We'll keep you up to date on your orders by sending you a confirmation email and another email when your order ships with tracking information. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of your order anytime.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

Given the speed at which we fulfill orders, it is not possible to cancel orders after it has been placed. We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@Shiningo.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

HOW DO I FIND THE PRODUCTS THAT I NEED?

There are different ways to find the products that you need. You can search it by using keywords like shapewear, bodysuit, butt lifter, bras or you can search by the product reference number. You can also search for products by clicking over the menu bar and selecting the category that fits your need, or using the filter on the left side of every category page.

I JUST HAD A BABY. HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT UNTIL I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Congratulations! You can typically wear a cincher as soon as one week after giving birth. If you had a c-section, it is often advisable to wait two weeks. Every body is different, so please consult a doctor for a professional opinion.

HOW CAN I FIND THE CORRECT SIZE OF MY PRODUCT?

I'M IN BETWEEN SIZES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our shapewear is designed to smooth, so picking a wrong size may cause bulges and discomfort. You can email us at support@Shiningo.com. We are happy to answer your questions and help you select the right size for your body.

I BOUGHT A SIZE AND IT'S TOO SMALL/BIG FOR ME - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

5. SHIPPING:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time and shipping time. These days it may take more time to deliver.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHERE MY PACKAGE IS?

Once your order has been billed you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with tracking numbers.

If you need to check the status of your shipment or proof of delivery, please enter your tracking number or reference number at the package tracking platform 17track.net to see the details.

MY PACKAGE IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Or you can call the carrier and provide your tracking number for more information.
