You can solve many errors with just a few simple steps:

2.How do I find my SHININGO order number?

Once you place your order successfully, you will receive a unique SHININGO order number starting with “FSO”.

There are ways to find your order number:

Check your email inbox or spam for the order confirmation.

Create a SHININGO account using the email address you provided at purchase. Find your order number under your order history.

3.How do I change or cancel an order?

You may change or cancel your order by our Customer Support Team before the order is processed-support@shiningo.com.


If you miss this grace period, no worries! We are committing to ensuring that you find your perfect fit and offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. If you want to change your order, we recommend placing a new order to ensure that you receive it as soon as possible.


4.How do I apply my discount code?

On the last page before you click complete order you will find a box to enter your discount code. Once you have entered this code, click “Apply”. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

5.How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email or by logging in to your account on SHININGO.com. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.


It will be sent to the email you used for placing the order. If you fail to track your order, please email support@shiningo.com with your order number and request.



What should I do if I did not receive my delivered package?

First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don’t see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers’ electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it’s still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

Why was my order cancelled?

It is possible that your order may be canceled when it was detected by the system as a high-risk order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method and reach out to our customer service. All charges will be refunded after verifying the details of your order.
